Tailored Recruitment Consultancy are looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to work within a busy established business on the M62 corridor.
The successful candidate will be required to provide a first-class service to customers placing orders. Regularly engaging with internal and external stakeholders
• Taking orders over the telephone and email
• Processing orders on inhouse CRM system
• Dealing with customer queries regarding orders, delivery dates and returns
• Processing supplier invoices
• Resolving customer queries and returns and dealing with purchase orders to our suppliers.
• Liaising with internal departments regarding orders
• Checking stock levels
• Well organised and efficient in order to manage orders and price list
• Good data accuracy and attention to detail with good level of numeracy and IT skills.
• Understanding of Excel and strong communication skills
• Previous internal sales support experience, purchasing / sales order processing experience would be desirable, as would GCSEs in Mathematics and English.
