Tailored Recruitment Consultancy are working with a successful business in Huddersfield to recruit a part time Receptionist. The company are going through a significant growth period and this is an exciting time to join.

Salary – £17,500 – £18,000 pro rata
Working hours –
Wednesday – 1 pm to 5.15 pm
Thursday, Friday – 8.45 am – 5.15 pm

Responsibilities

• Greet and meet customers.
• Deal with queries from the public and customers.
• Answer, screen and forward incoming calls.
• Schedule appointments.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support.
• Schedule appointments.
• Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness.
• Ensure Knowledge of staff movements in and out of organisation.
• Monitor and maintain office equipment.
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable.

Requirements

• Experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representation or similar role.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office programs.
• Administrative skills.
• Professional attitude and appearance.
• Resourceful and proactive.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Multitasking and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong customer service skills.
