Tailored Recruitment Consultancy are looking with a fast-growing Business in Leeds to recruit an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will be working within a small team, reporting into the Office Manager. You should have strong experience in Purchase ledger and be able to assist in payroll.
• Matching and posting high volume invoices daily
• Reconciling supplier statements;
• Preparing invoices for payment
• Processing monthly BACs payments and remittances
• Processing expense claims and bank reconciliation
• Resolving queries
• Setting up new accounts and new customer
• Experience on Sage an advantage.
• Collate data and inputting payroll information
• Previous high volume transactional knowledge;
• Strong interpersonal skills and a focused approach.
