Tailored Recruitment Consultancy are working closely with a well established legal firm in Bradford to recruit an experienced legal secretary to join their busy family department.
The successful candidate will preferably have experience working within a family department as will be supporting a team of Fee earners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Audio typing letters, correspondence and attendance notes.
• Working with complex documents, producing letters, emails and other correspondence
• Copy typing
• Assisting with the maintenance of files and handling client and third party enquires.
• Handling all calls in a professional manner, taking messages and directing them and assisting with client enquiries if possible.
• Photocopying, faxing and scanning documents as and when required.
• Sorting incoming post and supporting fee earners with financial and billing administration
• Maintaining diary and arranging appointments, meetings and lunches as required.
• All associated tasks and administrative duties required from Fee Earners.
Experience:
The successful candidate must have the following: –
• Accurate typing skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
• Strong organisational and communication skills are essential.
Salary £20,000
