Tailored Recruitment Consultancy are working exclusively with a leading firm of Solicitors in Bradford to recruit an experienced Legal Secretary ideally with Family Law experience.
• Audio/copy typing general letters
• Typing documentation for courts in connection with Family Law and Dispute Resolution
• Diary Management for the Partners
• Dealing with clients over the telephone and in person
• Reception cover at busy times
• Adhering to Legal Aid KPIs
• Using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook on a daily basis
• Scanning documentation onto internal scanning system, photocopying, faxing, checking incoming mail.
The successful candidate should be confident of working a busy, pressured environment and have the ability to prioritise their workload. Strong knowledge of MS packages and ability to type at 65 wpm essential
