Tailored Recruitment Consultancy are working with an established business in Manchester to recruit an HR Manager in a stand-alone role. You will report into the CEO
The successful candidate will manage the recruitment and onboarding process for all employees at all levels, deliver and take ownership of all HR advice, support and coaching on HR matters across the business and manage all wellbeing initiatives within the business, understanding the wellness strategy from the board and managing all relevant projects relating to the improving of employee wellness.
You must continually seek to develop and improve the HR systems and processes and ensure they are used to their full effect.
Whilst there is a need to maintain HR administration processes within the department, there is also a desire to stretch and develop new HR skills for an individual passionate about People and the HR agenda.
Working to a HR business plan, and complete projects to grow the department on an adhoc basis.
