Tailored Recruitment Consultancy are working with an established Organisation near to Skipton to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner.
The HR Business Partner will be working closely alongside the Head of HR across all aspects of the business. HR business partner is key in delivering a service in line with the needs and priorities of the business.
•Translate business requirements into effective HR practices across the business
•Work at an operational level with multiple stakeholders within business partnered area
•Support the HR Manager with any new HR Initiatives/Projects
•Using experience, skills and knowledge of the HR industry to make an impact in key areas such as change management, organisational design, employee engagement and talent analytics
•Act as the first line of contact in HR for any employee relations issues within partnered area ensuring the HR Manager is made aware of any sensitive/risk issues that arise as appropriate
•Deliver service excellence and display strong internal customer service ethos
•Support the HR Manager in any reward and remuneration reviews
•Lead, coach and develop the teams across business partnered area so that they are engaged, know what is expected of them in fulfilling their potential and delivering goals and objectives
•Deputise for the HR Manager when required.
•Communicate effectively and lead the teams within Business Partnered area through change and implementation of new initiatives
•Capture learning and development needs and provide appropriate interventions
•Act as an ambassador for the HR department at all times, and in all places
The successful candidate should be CIPD qualified and used to working within a busy HR team.
