Tailored Recruitment Consultancy are recruiting for a growing business in Yeadon to recruit an experienced Receptionist.
The successful candidate will be based on the front desk reception, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors, contractors and colleagues.
To be first point of contact for all visitors to the business
Deal with all telephone queries
Responsible for operating a small switchboard and diverting calls where appropriate
Managing all deliveries into the business
Organising of couriers and post
Ordering all office stationery
Assisting with office administration
Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook
Ability to work in a busy environment
Strong communication skills
Be willing to assist in busy areas when required
Working hours 8.30am to 4.00pm Monday to Friday
