Tailored Recruitment Consultancy are working with an established business in Leeds to recruit an experienced Receptionist. The company are going through a significant growth period and this is an exciting time to join.

The successful candidate will be based on the front desk of a very busy reception area, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting all visitors and customers, handling telephone queries and bookings. You should have superb communication skills and the ability to work with people at all levels. You will also be required to assist the administration team at busy times.

Responsibilities
• Greet and meet customers.
• Deal with queries from the public and customers.
• Answer, screen and forward incoming calls.
• Schedule appointments.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support.
• Schedule appointments.
• Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness.
• Ensure Knowledge of staff movements in and out of organisation.
• Monitor and maintain office equipment.
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable.

Requirements
• Experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representation or similar role.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office programs.
• Administrative skills.
• Professional attitude and appearance.
• Resourceful and proactive.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Multitasking and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Able to work on a shift rotation
