Tailored Recruitment Consultancy are working closely with an organisation in Bradford to recruit an experienced Export Customer Service co-ordinator.
The successful candidate will have Export Experience (including Letter of Credit presentation), good administrative and organisational skills and be able to meet deadlines. You will need to have good written and verbal communication skills. The role is multifunctional and will require you to be able to interface with a number of key departments across the business. You should have proficient IT skills including MS Office Word and Excel
The primary responsibilities of this role will be:
Receiving, Collating and Processing of Customer Orders (Oracle).
Receiving and responding to Customer Calls and Email Enquiries.
Liaise with Internal/External warehouses
Liaise with our Transport Control Tower and hauliers to ensure despatches planned as expected.
Pick Release orders and prepare despatch documentation
Liaise with Logistics and Supply Chain
Ship confirm once goods despatched (Oracle and Customer)
Prepare Export Documentation (including Letters of Credit)
Invoicing processing and distribution
Receive and acknowledge customer complaints
Manage Commission payments as necessary
Ensure Customer account data maintained with Master Data Team
Arranging Sample despatch
The successful candidate will be working closely in a small team dedicated to delivering a high level of customer service in a demanding environment.
