Tailored Recruitment Consultancy are working on an exclusive basis with an Engineering business in Bradford to recruit an Export Administrator on a six-month basis.
The successful candidate will report into the Customer Service/Export Manager and work in a small but busy team.
Support Customer Service in sales order processing
Handling customers calls and queries
Co-ordination with the tracking of the shipments, organising loading dates, availability of documents for shipping, organising dispatch date and arrival date
You will be responsible for updating on shipments/exports
Liaising with customers regarding delays
Ideally experience of working within a logistics/shipping/Export environment
Experience of working with shipping documentation
Good Microsoft Excel, Power Point, ERP experience
Open minded, willing to learn and assist the team
