Tailored Recruitment Consultancy are working on an exclusive basis with an Engineering company in Bradford to recruit an Export Administrator on a six-month basis.
The successful candidate will report into the Customer Service/Export Manager and work in a small but busy team, you should have experience of working within a Shipping/Export department
Responsibilities
•Support Customer Service in sales order processing
•Handling customers calls and queries
•Co-ordination with the tracking of the shipments, organising loading dates, availability of documents for shipping, organising dispatch date and arrival date
•You will be responsible for updating on shipments
•Liaising with customers regarding delay
•Should have knowledge of shipping/export documentation
The Person
Ideally experience of working within a export/logistics/shipping environment
Good Microsoft Excel, Power Point, ERP experience
Open minded, willing to learn and assist the team
Sound knowledge of export/shipping
