The successful candidate will be working within a busy team reporting into the Operations Manager.
Ensuring that all customers are dealt with in a timely manner
Responding to customer requests within timelines
Ensuring that all administration is completed to deadline
Collating information to provide for various other departments.
Giving clients feedback at regular intervals
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Able to work under own initiative.
