Tailored Recruitment Consultancy are working with an expanding business in Sheffield to recruit an experienced Customer Service Co-ordinator on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration and management support in the performance and of the Account Managers in conjunction with own account management in line with agreed targets and tasks.
• From allocated customers – achieve required volume and margin taking any appropriate action to remedy any shortfall in agreed targets
• Issue quotations that reflect both the requirements of the customer whilst satisfying any statutory obligations or agreed engineering standards
• Carry out administrative tasks in support of the Account Managers
• Update system with customer detail changes and amendments
• Establish and maintain strong communication links with inter-company departments
• Produce key performance indicator reports, MIS reports on a frequency as determined by the business.
• Identify & log opportunities for new business and expansion of existing business
• Good Interpersonal Skills
