Tailored Recruitment Consultancy are recruiting for a fast growing business in Grassington, North Yorkshire for an Assistant Customer Service Manager.
This role is a permanent and will involve assisting with the running and management within the sales order processing team.
Other administrative duties may be required to assist with the management of the business.
The role will require a conscientious, disciplined individual, with a focus for good customer service and experience of leading and managing a team.
The individual must have the ability to plan workload effectively, be flexible to cope with changing circumstances as well as communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
Excellent data input skills required with good general computer skills.
The position will be based on an average 40 hour week covering 5 days, one of which will predominantly be a Saturday. The role will involve 7am start times.
Starting Hourly rate of £11.42/hour.
A company pension scheme is also in place.
